In my one of my math classes, I responded  to the question, "What is the minimum word count for credit?" by stating that a few words can be informative but a thousand words can mean nothing.

One student posted a haiku.

     Algebra Lesson
    Factor equations
    While gaining strategical
    Problem solving skills.

I was inspired by Eminem to write:

 Rhymes with Orange
There was a young lady from Lyme
Who tried every color to rhyme
She got up to orange,
Got totally stuck and j-
Ust couldn't get finished in time.
